One business agreement, with the schedules for the products you choose.
ModelProp Ltd supplies VoiceProp, ChatProp, VirtualProp, ContentProp, AvatarProp, ClipProp, OmniProp and other ModelProp services identified in your order. You can buy products independently. OmniProp onboarding is a one-off £499 + VAT, including product setups added in the first fixed 30 days. Later product setups are £249 + VAT each: after two paid setups (£498 + VAT), further setups in that same fixed 30-day window are included. Product subscriptions are separate. Existing agreements and authorised waivers retain their accepted terms; creating or accessing a profile does not itself create a charge.
Your completed order identifies the scope, price, billing, term, cancellation and applicable documents. These versions apply when expressly agreed; they do not silently replace an existing contract.
Three months to see it in action. New business monthly paid plans have an initial three-month commitment from the agreed usable-service start, billed monthly, then monthly renewal with 30 days’ notice. Notice may be given during the initial period to end at its end. Annual plans and existing agreements retain their agreed terms.
Data Use and AI Improvement terms apply across current and future ModelProp services incorporated into your agreement, including newer products identified in your order. They permit improvement using eligible business information and genuinely anonymous learning, with personal data and confidential records protected.
Individual likeness and voice authorisation is required for each real presenter, separately from an agency’s order. Tell support@modelprop.ai immediately when a presenter leaves or permission ends, and before a planned departure.
MyPorta and MyHome are supplied separately by AI Property Intelligence Ltd (16474737), registered in England and Wales, registered office Suite 3 The Palace Theatre, 156 High Street, Swansea, Wales, SA1 1NE. Their accounts, privacy and purchases use their own agreements.
