These terms apply to new agreements that expressly incorporate this version. An existing agreement continues until validly changed. Reading this page does not place an order.
Your order
Supplier: ModelProp Ltd (15018178), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Suite 3 The Palace Theatre, 156 High Street, Swansea, Wales, SA1 1NE. Service/legal contact: support@modelprop.ai. The order must identify a different supplier expressly if applicable; that supplier must itself agree its terms.

Customer acceptance
The authorised customer representative accepts the completed order, Business Services Agreement 2026-11-01-v1, Data Use and AI Improvement terms 2026-11-01-v1, the identified versions of the selected product schedules, and the completed Data Processing Agreement where applicable. For the three-month business monthly plan, the order records minimum-term policy modelprop-minimum-term-2026-10-27-v1. Before paid acceptance, show the monthly amount, minimum subscription total, setup and applicable tax, usable-service/billing-start trigger, initial commitment, renewal and cancellation arrangements. Preserve the accepted document versions and provide a durable customer copy. A pending implementation must be identified as such, without an invented service start or activation.
We provide the completed order and incorporated documents in a form you can keep. An enquiry, demonstration, account sign-in or setup-information form is not acceptance of a paid order. Existing agreements continue until validly varied.
